英语翻译有关预定酒店的邮件回复

事情是这样：现在我已经给两位国外公司的boss订下本月23日在北京喜来登酒店的两间房（就一天的），需发个邮件告诉他们一声房间已经订好。要客气点，正式点。我才工作不久，又是大boss，不知道怎么说才好，求英语好的同学请教！谢谢！！！

Dear XX (XX)---两位boss的名字
i have booked a room for you in Sheraton Hotel in Beijing on Oct 23th. The address of Sheraton Hotel is: (酒店地址自己添加）. Hope you will have a nice day there. If you have any questions, please contract me. thanks
