今天**大厦领导到我司来商谈办公室续租的事宜,并给我们最后通告:
1)要求我司在下周三之前(2月22日)回复是否续租写字间。
2)如没有得到我司回复,视为不再与**大厦续签租赁合同,将会在合同到期前10天(3月9日)发函告之我司迁出并做好办公室复位工作。

说明:1)现合同截止日:2012年3月19日
2)合同规定应该在合同到期前3个月通知是否续租,房主已做了很大的让步。
3)房主不同意临时续租1个或几个月的合同,最少合同期限为1年。

我们的时间不多了,如果在下周三之前还不能批准或要求另选址搬迁,大连分公司将会面临非常严峻的境地。

1)要求我司在下周三之前(2月22日)回复是否续租写字间。
1) They want us to inform their office if we want to renew our contract of lease before Wednesday next week (February 22nd)
2)如没有得到我司回复,视为不再与**大厦续签租赁合同,将会在合同到期前10天(3月9日)发函告之我司迁出并做好办公室复位工作。
2) Should we fail to notify them before the said date, it will automatically revoke the right to renew the Contract of Lease. We will have to make necessary preparation to vacate the said premises on or before March 9th (10 days prior to the expiration of the Contract of Lease).

说明:1)现合同截止日:2012年3月19日
NB: 1) Expiration of the Contract is on March 19, 2012.
2)合同规定应该在合同到期前3个月通知是否续租,房主已做了很大的让步。
2) It is stipulated in the Contract that we should inform the landlord 3 months prior to the expiration of the Contract if we wish to renew the Contract of Lease. The landlord has already given us a big leeway.
3)房主不同意临时续租1个或几个月的合同,最少合同期限为1年。
3) The landlord will not agree to an extension of one or several month/s. The minimum of period of lease is one year.

Good leaders,

Respected leaders,
Today * * building led to Division I to discuss office lease issues, and give us the final notice:
1) the Secretary asked me before next Wednesday ( February 22nd) reply are leasing office
2) if not get our reply, as no longer with * * building to renew the lease contract, the contract will be in 10 days before the expiration of (March 9th ) made these I Si Qian and to reset the work office.
Note: 1 ) the contract deadline: March 19, 2012
2) the contract should be in the contract before the expiry of 3 months notice whether relet, homeowners have made big concessions.
3) the owner does not agree with the temporary lease 1 months contract contract, at least for a period of 1 years.
We don't have much time, if before next Wednesday is not approved or other location relocation, Dalian Branch will face very grim situation.追问
