【摘要】 目的 探讨急诊意外死亡患者对家属的心理影响及善后护理。方法 对77例意外死亡患者家属的心理反应进行分析并给予死亡患者和家属适当的善后护理，促使其身心平衡。 结论 做好意外死亡的患者和家属相应的善后护理具有十分重要的意义。

Purpose To discuss the psychological impact and aftercare for the people who are the family member of unexpected emergency treatment death.
Method Through analysis the family member's psychoreaction of unexpected emergency treatment death in seventy seven case and give them some proper aftercare,to make them balence rest.
Conclusion It has very important significance for the relevant aftercare of the family member of unexpected emergency treatment death.
