招聘方式： 1、校园招聘，以实习生为主，长期在本部门发展。 2、社会招聘，以大学生或高校学生为主，利用7、8两个月勤工俭学。
培训方式： 1、以最基础的送货、安装类业务知识为起点，培训完毕后进入相对应组别实践、工作；（有资深话务员代教）
2、根据质检结果进行强化培训。
