摘要
本文以牛粪和稻草为堆肥基质,采用人工翻堆好氧高温堆肥方式,研究了菌群堆肥的过程中几种酶活的变化情况,为有机物料腐熟菌的应用提供理论基础。
本试验所用的菌群均为试验室提供的有机物料腐熟真菌。接种该菌的牛粪堆肥各酶活性峰值时间比未接种堆肥提前7d—14d;且各种酶活性都有所提高,分别为:过氧化氢酶活性提高6.22%,蔗糖酶活性提高42.82%,脲酶活性提高25.97%,纤维素酶活性提高77.13%,多酚氧化酶活性提高21.68%。

In this paper, straw and cow dung for composting matrix, the use of artificial high-temperature aerobic composting翻堆way to study the flora of the process of composting of several changes in activity for the decomposition of organic materials, bacteria and provide a theoretical basis for the application.
In this study, the bacteria are used in laboratories to provide fungal decomposition of organic materials. Inoculation of the bacteria in cow dung compost peak activity time earlier than the non-inoculated compost 7d-14d; and all kinds of activity have been raised are as follows: catalase activity increased 6.22%, sucrose 42.82% increased activity, urease activity increased 25.97%, cellulase activity increased 77.13%, polyphenol oxidase activity increased 21.68%.
