VEHICLE TRACKING SYSTEM
The size of the New PCB of the device reduce it as much as you can .& Assembly with electronic components
The casing of the device should be made of Aluminum.
The outer shape of the casing cover should be ventilated like heatsink.As you aware that the weather of the U.A.E.is always above 40 centigrade at normal during summer seasons.
The Sim card holder should be placed at the corner of the outer cover .So,the Sim can be taken out without opening the outer case.
The PCB should be built in with battery rechargable i.e.4.8V,1800mA.And the size of the battery kept smallest.
The I.C.U6&U7 should be covered with external heatsink.
The outer screw of the casing should be pentagon or star type.So; no one can open by the normal screw driver due to the security point of view.
Each device should be kept in one box containing plastic bag and thermal pole packing.

Please reply us for some questions as follows.
1) wether the whole device ( PCB + both assemblies + aluminum case ) will be re-designed and re-made by us ?
or in which PCB + Assembly with electronic components will be re-designed and re-made by us ?
or only PCB will be re-designed and re-made by us ?
Note: PCB = Printed circuit board
PCBA = PCB + Assembly with electronic components
2) could you let us know the subject of the device ( what purpose the device will be used for ) ?
this information can help us to design it accurately .
3) Could you send us a original sample to us ?
because we need to know the dimensions of each connectors, LED, ect.
we also need to know the electronic connecting method in case.

The outer cover should be painted &engraved as “ALMOHAFIZ.
NOTE : Software: Or cad 9 or ver 10 (in which install & use Layout Puls,Capture CIS) complete machie pcb and schematic are attached in standard format that could be send to any pcb manufacturers.
vts.opj would open in Capture CIS it is schematic, and Page1.dxf for machine process. and others are top bottom and smt files for machine.

新的系统的电路板按照您的要求，减小到你所要的大小，并且安装了电子元件。
设备的外壳是由铝做的，外壳的形状设计应该象散热器的形状，因为在阿联酋的夏季平常都要四十摄食度以上。
SIM 卡应该安装到外壳的某个角落，这样不用打开，也能将SIM卡取下来
。
电路板应该可以和充电器装在一起，充电器的规格是国际通用的4.8V,1800mA，但是充电器越小越好呀
The I.C.U6&U7 的外面应该加上外散热器，
鉴于安全的考虑，对于螺丝的罗纹应该是星形状的或是五角的，这样一班的螺丝刀，打不开！
每件设备都应该放在单个盒子里，并且还得套上塑料袋，还有就是得防热（因为我们这热，人没事，可是你们的东西不行啊，哈哈）
