这是口语交际。大意应该是：——这么兴奋，想什么哪？——在想我明天的生日蛋糕哦
A，一般是问在看报纸新闻的人有什么新的消息新闻值得注意；
B，发生什么事了？出状况时询问的用语
C，表面上看，意思也过得去，但是回答中有thinking想，与D相比，应选择最优答案，这是原则，所以也不选。故选D。

因为下一句接着就说我在想明天的生日蛋糕，所以上一句说想什么呢比较通顺。但看前三个选项，如果没有下一句答语的话都还符合语法，但是就意思来说，D应该是最符合的。
