铸钢中加入稀土可以提高铸钢的强度、韧性和疲劳强度等性能。本试验通过向30CrMnSi加入稀土Ce,分别运用渗透法,金相观察,电镜扫描和能谱分析研究不同稀土添加量(0.00%,0.03%,0.06%,0.09%,0.12%)对裂纹,金相组织,夹杂物分布和成分的影响。使铸钢轻量化,结构减薄,并达到提高强度,减少铸造过程的缺陷(裂纹,缩孔)等目的。研究表明,稀土添加量为0.06%对铸钢有减少裂纹,细化晶粒,减少并细化夹杂物等作用。
