当我升入高一级地学府继续学习的时候，我面临一个选择：是继续学习专业性的美术创作呢？还是转一个角度，学习设计专业呢？长时间的思考我还是选择了设计这个方向，因为我理解中的设计，是为人类生活服务的一种技能。它能让人感觉到快乐、让人们的生活更美好。设计的核心是创作，而不是制作。我非常期待每一个好的设计创意产生的过程以及成功后获得的那种成就感和喜悦感。
我想兴趣和爱好是我选择设计这条道路的一个首要原因吧。我想任何人现在所从事和学习的专业，其最初的出发点都是对它的热爱吧。
当然，对于现在社会实际情况的思考，也是我选择设计行业的一个原因。设计行业的就业前景较其他专业具有较好的优势。由于生活水平的提高和生活质量的改善，市场对优秀设计师的需求也日益增多，良好的工作环境和稳定的收入也是我选择这个行业的原因之一。
设计师的工作是一种享受，它将自己的思想和创意巧妙地融入自己的作品之中，用智慧的语言表达出自己的思考，用自己的智慧和劳动改变这个世界，由于设计的存在，生活的美好更加地无与伦比。
一位好的设计师是全方位的，并不是只要能够运用一点软件就可以的。优秀的设计师要有丰富的知识，历史、文学、政治等等学科知识，还要有远见性和创新意识，想要成为一名成功的设计师，需要有很多的工作去做，需要有很长的路去走。
不管将来的路怎样，既然选择了这条路，我就会坚定地走下去。
我之所以想从事设计是因为喜欢、热爱设计，有设计的生活才会更加美好。我喜欢色彩，喜欢组合不同颜色，使他们产生不同的效果，不同的美感和心情。我喜欢勾画不同的图形，组合不同的形式。我喜欢排列不同的版式，在不同的版式变化中寻求设计的美感。我喜欢研究不同的设计风格，设计理念，设计思想，创造属于自己的设计思维。我的梦想是设计出所有人都喜欢的作品。
毕业的时候，也曾有过其他的不错的工作机会，但我连考虑的都没有就放弃了，并不是工作不好，而是那与设计并不相关，从事与设计有关的事业是我对自己工作最基本的要求。
我喜欢设计这一行业，并能从中获得乐趣，即使过程会很辛苦，我仍然会乐在其中。“从事自己喜欢的工作，然后尽力去做。”——这是我最简单的对自己事业的看法。

Creation rather than production is at the core of designing. I very much want to feel the sense of accomplishment and joy through this kind of creative process.
I chose this path because I have a burning passion for it. And I think that’s the bottom line for every profession alike.
Of course, another reason why I chose designing is because of the good employment prospect. Comparatively speaking, the employment in Design industry is higher than others. With the rise of living standard and quality of life, there is an increasing demand for good designers. The good working condition and a stable source of income are also in my consideration.
Designer's work is a kind of enjoyment to me. Designers bring their creative thinking into their works, expressing their wisdom, using their wisdom to change the world. Designers make life wonderful and colorful.
A good designer is an all-round, being able to use one software is far from enough. Designers not only should have a good wealth of knowledge about history, literature, politics and so on, but also the vision and innovation. There’s still a long way to go before I could become a successful designer.
