第六条 违约责任
1、因甲方未建成本协议第三条所示“六通一平”用地条件，影响乙方开工建设并给乙方造成经济损失的，甲方将按照乙方实际损失给予赔偿。
2、因甲方原因，导致乙方无法按照本协议第五条约定享受到有关优惠政策，甲方将按照优惠政策的相应额度给予乙方补偿。
3、乙方未按本协议第五条约定进行或未经甲方同意变更以×××基地为地址的工商和税务登记，甲方可以解除本协议，乙方所付预订款不予退还，如该款已充作其他用途，则乙方另应向甲方支付 元违约金。
