儒家仁爱思想对中学生交往中德育有积极启示意义。儒家文化博大精深,包含非常丰富的处理人际关系的理论。本文结合中学教育实际与德育工作实践,对儒家仁爱思想与中学生交往中德育进行较为系统的探讨。
本课题运用辩证思维方法研究儒家仁爱思想在当今社会的积极作用和消极影响,取其精华,去其糟粕。通过文献、调查研究及观察等方法,了解中学生的人际交往现状,以便针对提高中学生的交往能力,促进其形成良好的人际关系,制定有效的教育策略。本文阐述了儒家仁爱思想的积极因素,从仁爱思想的核心“仁”、实施仁爱的基本方法“忠恕”和仁爱的具体表现“孝、悌、和、义、信”等角度进行阐释;分析儒家人际关系理论中的局限性,以及对中学生处理人际关系产生的负面影响;结合中学生实际借鉴儒家仁爱思想对如何处理好亲子关系、师生关系、同伴关系和社会范围内其他的人际关系进行了有益的探讨。以期对中学德育有积极启示,在实践中提高现代中学生交往中德育的实效性。以此来提高中学生的人际交往能力,传承中国文化,继承和发扬我国的传统美德,形成良好的道德品质。

Charitism ,one of the important ideas in Confucianism,is of inspiring for adolescent student especially in their daily communication and morality education.It is known to us that the charitism of confucious idea is abysmal and widely educational in which this theory explicates how to get on and communicate with people in society.Combining with the activities of morality education in Chinese middle school , this article is just about to further discuss the system theory of charitism.

With the method of dialectics, we are going to analysis the influence of confucious charitism to the modern society, progessive and negative. Referring to the documents and investigations ,we plan to know the present situation of communications among adolescent students.This will help us to enhance their harmonious through communication with each other.Then we would carry out some relative and effective strategies.

This article is mostly talking about the progressive factors of confucious charitism theory.It introduces several perspectives of this theory,which includes the core idea -charity,the basic meaning of being charitable-loyalty and forgiveness, and the expression way -peace,decency,honor,and respect to parents and brothers. What's more,this article also anlysis the limitations of the Confucianism theory in people's communication and the nagetive effects to the students.

Combining with students refferings to the Confucianism theory,this discussion in this book includes several relationships between parents and kids,teachers and student,companies and societis. We hope
these discussions are ispiring to middle school morality education and they will promote the effectiveness in this adolescent education.And we sincerely hope the analysis in this article will be
benefit for students' communication ability so that they could inherit our Chinese troditional culture and develop it .And for the individuals, to build up an outstanding personality.

The Confucian School culture has both extensive knowledge and profound scholarship , contains very rich treatment human relations theory. Union middle school education reality and work in moral education carry out the main body of a book , the middle moral education associating with middle school student carries out comparatively systematic investigation and discussion on the Confucian School kindheartedness thought.

Confucian benevolence idea exchanges for secondary school students have a positive significance of moral education. Confucian culture and profound, including the very rich interpersonal theories. In this paper, the actual and moral education of secondary education practice, thought and love of the Confucian school students to conduct more systematic exchanges of moral education.
The subject of the use of dialectic method of thinking in today's society of Confucian benevolence of the positive and negative effects of essence, to its dregs. Through literature, research and observation methods to understand the interpersonal situation of secondary school students for secondary school students aimed at improving communication skills, good interpersonal skills to promote its formation to develop effective educational strategies. In this paper, the positive elements of Confucian thought love, love ideas from the heart of "benevolence", the implementation of the basic method of love, "loyalty and forgiveness" and the concrete expression of love, "filial piety, fraternal duty, and, righteousness, trust" points of view to explain; analysis of Confucian the limitations of human relations theory, as well as high school students dealing with the negative impact of interpersonal relationships; combination of high school students actually learn from the Confucian benevolence ideas on how to handle parent-child relationships, teacher-student relationship, peer relationships and social relationships within the other had useful explored. With a view to moral education in secondary schools has a positive lesson, and practice in moral education in modern secondary school students in the effectiveness of communication. In order to improve the interpersonal skills of secondary school students, transmission of Chinese culture, inherit and carry forward the traditional virtues of our country to form a good moral character.
