This morning I felt not very well,so I went to hospital to see doctor.
He tole me that I had a bad cold and I must stay at home for a rest.So,I can not go to work for three days, I'm very sorry for that.
During the three days,I hope xiao Li can work for me .The document you need is on my desk.I wish I can come back to work after three days.

I felt not well this morning.So,I went to the hospital.The docter said that I had a bad cold and I must remain in bad for three days.Beacuse of this,I have not to go to the company.I'm very sorry .

I feel uncomfortable this morning , see a doctor therefore I get rid of a hospital, the doctor has said my cold needing to be at home having a rest three day, have gone to work , have felt very sorry therefore my this three day has no way to go to a company! Three absent in me day hope Xiao Li can replace me to work, on the document bureau that you need in me. I hope that three Heaven's Queen can go back going to work.
