去美国J1，受两年服务年限的限制，怎么解决

博士在读期间，12年到13年之间去美国访学一年，现在已经回国了，是美国资助的，14年博士毕业了，准备再去原来美国访学的那个实验室继续做博后，但是当时申请的是J1的，美国实验室的老师说现在申请受到两年服务年限的限制，请问大家有什么解决的办法没有呢，是不是一定要等到两年才行啊？？急等回复！！！十分感谢大家，如果帮忙解决了 就散金币哦。这个是美国那边商量的结果，然后让我打听下有什么办法可以解决。I looked up his J-1 record and can confirm that it was ended on 3/31/2013.
