XXXX治疗早期糖尿病肾病的临床研究
一、 目的：
通过XXX对早期糖尿病肾病证属气阴两虚夹痰瘀型的治疗，观察其疗效及安全性并探讨其可能的作用机制。
一、 方法：
将80例符合纳入条件的DN气阴两虚夹瘀型患者随机分为对照组和治疗组各40例，对照组予糖尿病教育，嘱控制饮食，适当运动，予常规口服降糖药或给予胰岛素降糖治疗，有高血压、血脂异常者同时予以降压调脂对症治疗；治疗组在对照组基础上加用XXXX, 每次4粒，每天3次（由制剂中心生产）口服治疗，一个月为一疗程。比较分析治疗前后的空腹血浆血糖(FPG)、餐后2小时血浆血糖（2hPG)、视黄醇结合蛋白（RBP）、尿系列蛋白以及超氧化物歧化酶（SOD）、血管紧张素转化酶（ACE）等指标。
