ⅡThe supply of low rent housing in Hangzhou
To meet the housing needs of the lowest income households, the municipal government issued a Tentative Method for low rent Housing in the City Proper of Hangzhou ,to provide low rent housing guarantee for household stricken with shelter and income difficulties. During the implementation of low rent housing program ,we found that there are only a few people who meet the requirements for low rent housing guarantee .This may imply that the low rent housing control standards are a little too strict .We are now considering moderately adjusting the standards and raising more funds so that the housing guarantee may cover more people. We will raise the per capitaguarantee level from 8㎡ to 10㎡.
