If this is the first time you have seen this stop rttor screen,restart your computer.If this screen appears again,fllow these steps:
Check to make sure any new hardware or software is properly installed.If this is a new installation,ask your hardware or software manufacturer for any windows updates your might need.
if problems continue,disable or remove any newly installed hardware or software.Disable BIOSmemory options such as caching or shadowing.Ifyou need to use safe mode to remove or disable components,restartyour computer,press F8to select Advanced Startup Options,and then select safe mode.

只是安装了一些常用的软件，如鲁大师，驱动人生，360，优化大师，Photoshop
1）如果是安装过某个软件后造成此问题，建议卸载之
2）如果安装或拆除过某硬件(应特别注意用户是否自加内存),要求用户复原到原来状态
3）如果曾经上过网或从网络下载过软件，或访问过其它光盘、软盘等介质，则可能是感染病毒，指导用户查杀病毒
2、请用户提供蓝屏时所报的错误代码（一般在屏幕偏下的地方，在提示“STOP：”字样之后）
3、如果用户不能提供蓝屏代码，可引导用户尽量描述蓝屏时电脑经常进行着的操作,进行问题判断。
4、指导用户使用最新版杀毒软件（病毒代码已更新到最新状态）检查是否系统中有病毒
5、建议用户重新安装操作系统
