1 我国第三方物流企业的现状分析
目前我国第三方物流企业的组成主要有以下几类：一是传统的物流类企业，如那些从运输、储运企业拓展业务转化而来的企业；二是外资来华投资新设立的物流企业；三是工商企业的物流部门转化而来；四是某些内资因看好物流市场而投资新设立的物流企业（包括由网络公司转化而来的第四方物流公司）；五是中国邮政、铁路空运这一类特殊的垄断性物流供应商。
这些物流企业正依托各自的优势，积极开拓现代物流服务领域。但从目前的总体情况看，我国的第三方物流市场供给仍然存在着一些问题。
