那是发生在一年前的一件事。
那次在运动会上，我代表班集体参加年级比赛------男子200米短跑。当裁判举起枪，“砰”地一声响，我拼命地向前冲，跑了一百米，累了，没有足够的体力，所以被别人甩在了后面，所以得到了第四名（倒数第一名）。
比赛结束后，我不敢面对这样的比赛结果。当时的心情糟糕透了，伤心到了极点。经过一番心理斗争后，我终于领悟了：短跑不能把全部的体力用出去，要把百分之二十的体力留到最后冲刺时使用。
这件事令我终生难忘，不能因急于成功而把所有的精力都用尽，要把一部分留到最后。停 In my study life, there were many things, like stars, can even count. Some have been gradually forgotten, only one thing makes me look so far difficult.
