病毒删不掉啊~安全模式也进不去

用瑞星杀出来的毒是这样的
文件名：lsass.exe
文件路径：lsass.exe>>C:\WINDOWS\lsass.exe
病毒名： Backdoor.RWX.2005.hx
状态：清除成功
可是这样根本删不掉啊~重起以后又会有
每个盘的根目录下都有 runauto.. 这个名称的文件夹

还有我的机子进不了安全模式啊。按F8后选择了安全模式，可是会自动跳回按正常模式重起了。。
那位大侠帮帮忙啊`
