这批次产品是在去年12月1日做，TM当日还生产有3642R,3641R,附件是Lisa当天的报告，她当时没有看到3640R的产品，我了解了她当天没有看3640R的原因，核实的结果是TM当天物料未齐全是当天晚上临时生产，这样导致我们同事没有看到过程，很遗憾第二天同事们去检验时没有察觉到这个情况，现在做了相关调整，在之后我们同事没有查看过程的产品需要全部开箱检验，后续我们也会加倍留意此类问题，

This batch of products was done last December 1; TM also produced 3642R and 3641R the same day. The attachment is the day’s report by Lisa, who didn’t see the product 3640R; I learned the reason why Lisa didn’t see the 3640R is that the 3640R was manufactured in the evening as a temporary production caused of the material incomplete in the day, this lead to our colleague did not see the process, unfortunately colleagues were not aware of this situation when to do the testing the next day.
The relevant adjustments has been made now, all the products without our colleagues see the process since then must unpack and do the test, we will pay more attention to such problems from now on.
