Schedule = 和工作上有关的 (This is my schedule for one week)
Arrangement = 是 "安排" 正式的翻译. 可是一般是用在 "正在安排" 或 "安排的行为"上。 比较严肃的说法。
Plan = 安排了的计划, 和Schedule有点像,但不一定是和工作有关。
如果 "一周"的意思是"每周"那麼句子应该这样写:
This is my weekly plan.
如果你能提供更多的消息会更好。
PS: Weekday 是指星期一，二，三，四，五，不包括星期六，日啦！
