浅谈如何进行企业文化建设

摘要：随着我国市场经济的快速发展，企业文化建设越来越受到广大企业的重视。企业文化建设的重要性日益凸显。本文分析了我国众多企业在文化建设中存在的共性问题，有针对性地提出了我国企业文化建设的对策和措施。 关键词：企业文化建设;问题;对策和措施Abstract: With the rapid development of our market economy, the enterprise culture construction is getting more and more by the vast number of enterprises.
