这门课丰富了我的知识储备，这对我今后职业发展和规划是非常有用的。从这门课中我学到了许多东西，我会更加多的思考人与人之间的交往，人与组织之间的关系，如何更好在组织中发挥员工的作用诸如此类的问题。我认为好的领导是一个组织获得成功不可缺少的因素，作为一个领导者需要有效的调动员工的积极性，协调好员工之间的关系，有效的解决办公室政治中出现的问题，并对组织的发展有很好的规划。这门课对我专业其他课程的学习也很有帮助。

This course has enriched my knowledge, which for my future career development and planning is very useful. I learned a lot of things through this course. I think a good leadership is an essential factor that an organization achieve the success, as a leader, who need to mobilize the enthusiasm of the staff effectively , and coordinate the relationship between employees, also solution to the problems in office politics effectively, and you must have a good plan about the organizational development . This course of my professional is also helpful in learning other subjects. Obviously,it's also very useful to my study of other courses.

This course enlarges my knowledge base, which is of great benefit for my career development in the future. I learn a lot from this course and begin to have deep thought in questions such as interpersonal communication, relationship between people and the organization and questions like, as employees, how to give more contribution to the organization. I think leader is an indispensable element for the organization to succeed. As a leader, he should have the ability to harmonize employees’ relationship, solve issues appearing in the office politics effectively and make out reasonable plan for the development of the organization. This course also does good to my learning of other subjects.
