前几天，我去学校报名日语课程，但不是很顺利。老师说2月份无法开班上课，因为现在学习日语的人不多，学校规定每个班至少要15人才开班上课。

I went to sign up for Japanese curriculum a few days ago,but I didn't make it.The teacher told me that there would be no classes in February when there aren't too many persons who planned to study Japanese,and the class only began when there could be at least 15 members.
