B: Half done.
A: Then what about you, madam?
B: Make it two beefsteaks, half done.
A: OK. Would you like to have some dessert?
B: No need at the moment.
A: OK. I will be back soon.
Settle the Bill

B: Waitress!
A: Yes, sir.
B: Let me settle the bill now.
A: Altogether $83, sir. Will you pay by card?
B: Yes, here is my Master card.
A: Just a moment, please.
B: OK.
