With the development in modern electroplating industry, the research on three-phase high power factor rectifier circuit has become very hot recently. This article is about the design of a three-phase power electroplating rectifier which can be inputted parameters via keyboard and capable of parameters display. The system has a P89LPC938 SCM as its control core and contains functional circuits (such as the display, the keyboard and the protection). The software includes a SCM-based program developed with C programming language and can coordinate efficiently all parts through the powerful SCM, so as to fulfill all functions required of the entire system. The adjustment on the rectifier output voltage can be easily made through keyboard input, which supplemented with function indicating and protection circuits, can make the system work stably and reliably.
