摘要：土地整理在提高耕地质量、改善生态环境、促进经济结构调整等方面发挥着积极的作用。土地开发整理项目的可行或成功与否是由其效益来决定的，建立土地开发整理项目效益评价模型对丰富土地开发整理理论和指导土地开发整理项目具有重要意义。文章不仅对国内外土地整理效益评价的研究现状进行了分析，还对我国土地整理效益评价指标体系的研究进展进行了探究，并且从经济效益、社会效益、生态效益三个方面对我国土地整理效益评价方法的研究现状分别进行了探讨。比如：罗畅等运用经济效益比较分析、静态经济分析和动态经济分析的方法对土地复垦经济效益进行了分析，杨庆媛等采用多因素综合评价法对项目社会效益进行了评价，赵华等提出了应用模糊关系合成原理对生态环境效益进行模糊综合评价的方法。窦敬丽等采用环境经济学中的条件价值法对农村居民点整理生态效益进行货币化的定量评估。最后，文章指出了现今土地整理效益评价的发展趋势，以及我国在土地整理效益评价方面所遇到的问题及不足。
