    摘 要：目的 掌握某铅酸蓄电池生产企业铅职业危害情况，进一步完善生产过程中铅危害的控制，为企业和相关部门防治铅污染提供参考依据。方法 通过询问、作业场所空气中铅及其化合物检测、铅作业工人体检及企业提供的相关资料和信息等方法对企业进行铅职业危害调查分析。结果 该铅酸蓄电池生产企业作业场所铅烟、铅尘的浓度超标较严重；在职铅作业工人中出现阳性体征或症状的比例较高，部分铅作业工人血铅超过国家标准；企业未设立职业卫生管理机构，职业卫生档案及劳动者职业健康监护档案、职业卫生管理制度欠完善；一些工人未按规范使用防护用品的问题较为突出。结论 该铅酸蓄电池生产企业应加强职业卫生的监督管理、完善管理制度；按照要求做好铅危害的监测，规范职业健康监护；强化职工职业卫生知识的宣传和培训，增强工人自我防护意识；各接铅岗位引进、推广使用滤过式防尘、防烟、防毒的呼吸防护用品。
