Experts agree that hand-washing can help prevent viral infections.Recommendations to prevent spread of the virus among humans include using standard infection control against influenza. This includes frequent washing of hands with soap and water or with alcohol-based hand sanitizers, especially after being out in public. Although the current trivalent influenza vaccine is unlikely to provide protection against the new 2009 H1N1 strain, vaccines against the new strain are being developed and could be ready as early as June 2009.Because of that,we don't have to scare it very much.
2.Earthquake
An earthquake is the result of a sudden release of energy in the Earth's crust . The shaking in earthquakes can also trigger landslides and occasionally volcanic activity.When there is an earthquake, it’ll shake fiercely for about one minute. You need to hide behind some solid and firm table with low center of gravity, and hold firmly its legs. After the earthquake, it’s very dangerous if run out of the house , for the reason that the broken glasses, the tiles and bricks on the housetop will fall down and hurt you.It is better not to believe any rumors and keep your mind calm.
3.Letter for Children
We can all have struggles in our lives, we all need encouragement. Even when things are going bad for us in terms of our physical situation and personal unhappiness - our job is going down, we get a unsatisfied friend ,we face a huge diaster and so on, we still need encouragement. We need to keep on seeking relief of heart and wanting to please ourselves. Perhaps you are finding the cure of heart difficult.But don't forget.You still have love from all of us.Everything will be getting better.
