We can not be ourselves only if we keep holding onto today. Takeing full advantage of every today, wen can forget agony in yesterday, plant hope in today and harvest gains in tomorrow.
There is a saying goes that " no regrets about yesterday, no loss about tomorrow, and cherish every today." Because tomorrow is only the future, and yesterday has passed away.
