又是一个被中国教育毒害的, 使用英语要灵活点。 不必分析太多。。。 tired of 很明显 是过去时。 glancing at, 很明显是动名词。 还有这个市广告 所以句子要简练通顺

tired 是形容词 “Tired of sleeping on the foor”,我估计你打错了,应该是floor地板吧
glancing at 是现在分词

第一句中有个固定搭配be tired of是‘由于做某事很累(厌烦)’,本句为非谓语,所以去掉be 作状语。第二句也是非谓语句子,glancing at是盯着看的意思,是a man发出的动作,所以用现在分词作状语。
