介词in，from，of 具体有什么区别呢？

比如：this is my friend who is in golf club. 可不可以用from呢？
he is a reporter of a TV station, 是不是也可以用from呢？
主要有什么区别吗？
This is my friend from the local sport club。 是否也可以用in 呢?
The official in the ministry came to speak to us. 是否也可以用from呢？

第一句要用FROM 要加不定冠词。
This is my friend who is in golf club
用From的话要变成：This is my friend who is from a golf club.而in golf club指的是你也是golf club 里面的一员，而from a golf club 是指你不是golf club 的一员。所以就要加不定冠词 a
第二句本身句子就不对，用from 就对了,要把a TV station改成 the TV station 就对了
He is a reporter from the TV station.
