这段话如何翻译？急！

做阅读时，最后一段中的一句长句不太理解，我把那段内容和书上的翻译抄在这儿，大家帮我分析一下第一个长句行吗？

原文：

Two other elements must also be kept in consideration : rigorous education and awareness of security requirements and significant number of staff to monitor and enforce security practices in the enterprise , the need for which is stronger than ever since many enterprises today handle security internally . All this underscores greater demand for training and education for security related workers.

翻译：
还必须考虑两个其他因素：严格和培训以及对安全必要条件的认识，企业中有相当数量的员工控制和执行安全操作，这种需要比以往更加强烈，因为如今很多企业都在企业内部自行处理安全问题。所有这些突出了对与网络安全相关的工人进行培训和教育更强烈的要求。

我不明白的是原文中的“significant number of staff to monitor and enforce security practices in the enterprise”这句作什么成份，为什么没有谓语动词？原文中说有两个因素要考虑，如果按照他的翻译来看，“significant...”这句话应该是一个句子，这不出现了矛盾吗？

我也是看了两遍才弄明白的，它说两个因素，怎么好像有四个因素啊，呵呵。其实估计是断句或标点的问题，在requirements之后加一个逗号就好理解了。它说的两个因素，第一个是“rigorous education and awareness of security requirements”，第二个其实是你不明白的那个，“significant number of staff to monitor and enforce security practices in the enterprise”。在译文中只要在“严格和培训”前加“一是”，在“企业中有相当数量”前加“二是”就可以避免掉麻烦了，同时这样也符合中文的行文习惯，中国人习惯这么说话：“同志们，今天开会说两点：一是什么什么，二是什么什么。”对不对？

另外两个元素也必须被保存在考虑:严格的教育和意识的安全要求和相当数量的人员来监视和执行安全措施的企业、需要比自从许多企业内部安全。今天这凸显出更大的培训和教育需求为安全相关的人员。

2 other elements:

1) Rigorous Education;
2) Awareness;

其中awareness 为 of security requirement and significant number of staff to monitor and enforce security practices in the enterprise, 这一长串都是来说明awareness的。也就是说，awareness 不但包括安全方面的要求的意识，也要包括安排足够的人力来监督实行企业安全管理规章制度的意识。本回答被提问者采纳
