首先阐述了库存控制的内涵，分析了供应链中的库存控制策略，对传统库存控制方法及存在的问题作了分析。其次结合现实案例对传统企业中的库存控制策略进行了详细探讨。最后对企业的库存控制提出了几点有效建议。
