早晨,你能坚持向着太阳走吗?晚上,你能坚持睡觉前望一眼窗外的星星么?坚持了,这便是习惯。一个行为坚持了,便是习惯;一种想法,坚持了便是信念,信念加上习惯等于成功。一颗新星的升起靠习惯,一颗明星的陨落,也源于习惯,是做新星还是做明星,这无需回答,让我们一起拥抱好习惯吧。今天,我演讲的题目是《我有凌云志,习惯伴我行》。
大家知道,习惯形成性格,性格决定命运。好习惯是春雨,滋养人的一生,它是风帆,助人扬帆起航;它是牧笛,春江花月夜,助你入眠;它也是风霜,却能给你送来“梅花香自苦寒来”的芳香;他是雷霆,消沉时警醒你,送你一曲“一江春水向东流”的妙曲。你想驰骋,它是骏马;你想远行,它是长风;你想洒脱,他送你“一蓑烟雨任平生”的盲杖。
凯恩说:“有什么样的习惯,就有什么样的态度,有什么样的行为,便有什么样的结果。”我要说,有什么样的习惯,就有什么样的高度,有什么样的行为,就有什么样的作为。春蕾离不开春风,夏荷离不开流水,猛虎离不开山岗,雄鹰离不开苍穹,俊杰离不开习惯。
鲁迅先生,爱惜时间,是他的习惯。他一生翻译并撰写了四千多万字的著作,这是遗产,这是习惯凝成的财富。他习惯了黑夜,帮大众寻找光明;他习惯了冷漠,他不停地探索着人间温情的暗室。他的身后树起的是用习惯铸成的丰碑。
曾国藩是清代名臣,他把“恒心”当做习惯。习惯使他博闻强识,习惯让他学富五车,习惯成就了他“文人武侯”的封号。它是一颗星,映的今晚也群星璀璨。
他们成功了,是良好的习惯奠定了基础。没有良好习惯的人生是苍白的,是懦弱的,是难以乘风破浪,名扬四海的。请记住,拥有凌云志,习惯常相随。追求天边的彩虹,那就把挑战风雨当做习惯;想拥有“三潭印月”的境界,那就先养成踏浪的习惯;人间妙音天天有,坚守习惯几时闻。
有成功,就有失败。我不想说“成则王侯败则寇”是否是真理,好习惯助你平步青云,坏习惯将你坠入深渊。
范跑跑跑了,他习惯了临阵脱逃;赖昌星入狱了,他把走私当成了习惯;美国人又卖武器给台湾了,他们把霸道当做了习惯。气候在恶化,难道不是人类的坏习惯酿成的风云在作祟吗?我们决不可“昔人已乘黄鹤去,此地空余黄鹤楼。”莫道桑榆晚,余霞尚满天。
坏习惯是鬼魅,一旦上身,他便缠绕着你,吞噬着你的灵魂,咀嚼着你的形体,它能使人的灵魂扭曲,它能使人前程变成末路,他能把成功涂改成零。成功和失败只一步之遥,习惯是无形的花墙,充满着诱惑。朋友,莫回头,踏上好习惯之路吧。
一位禅师带领弟子们来到一片草地上。禅师问弟子,怎样除去地上的草?弟子们想了好多办法-------拔,铲,挖。但是,禅师说,这都不是好办法。因为小草是“野火烧不尽春风吹又生”。弟子们无语。
第二年,草地上长出了成片的粮食,再也看不出原来的杂草。弟子们这才明白,最好的办法是在草地上种上粮食。
这便是禅师的智慧,好习惯多了,坏习惯便少了。
随意丢弃纸片是坏习惯,弯下腰去便是好习惯:随意践踏草地是坏习惯,轻松潇洒绕一周便是好习惯:行为散漫是坏习惯,快步走向座位,零抬头便是好习惯。
好习惯是人的品位,是人的名片,是人的高度,是人的前程。想做老师,关爱他人是习惯;想做航天英雄,细心胆识是习惯;想做诗人,勤奋是习惯;立下凌云志,拼搏是习惯。
想飞翔,那就驾起习惯的长风;想跨海,那就扬起习惯的风帆;想登月,那就脚踏实地;想收获,你就先播下好习惯的种子,定能赢得“面朝大海,春暖花开。”

一、

Person of the body to normal operation, it needs to absorb a variety of nutrition elements, vitamin, protein, sugar, minerals, and so on, these are necessary to a healthy body, want to get the nutrition elements, we must eat the food of balanced collocation. In addition, we have put an end to junk food, eat healthy food, to prevent the harmful effects on the body element.with the development of economy and society, we can choose the food more and more, if only to choose according to his be fond of a single food, you'll absorb less than some nutrient elements, it will cause great harm to your body.

We only eat meat, this is not correct, only eat vegetables, this is not correct, more minutes food collocation is right, can let you have a healthy body. Fruit is also very important for our health, we should eat some fruit every day, to meet the nutritional needs of the body, meat, vegetables and fruits are equally important, the lack of any one of them is not a balanced diet.  

If we want to keep healthy, we should have a balanced diet. A balanced diet, make your body more healthy。

Dear friends:

In current society, people have known the importance of keeping healthy and good life habit. In the past, people ate three meals at home, and they ate more vegetables and less meat and fish. They were very strong and seldom went to see doctors.   

Now life is better, people eat more meat, fish, eggs and other food with more fat. They often go out for good meals with their families and friends. But they get easy to be ill, Why?  

I think more meat and fish, less exercise are bad for health. Good rest, less meat and fish, more vegetables and enough exercise are good for health. So I exercise every day. My eating habits are pretty good. I eat a lot of vegetables. I eat fruit and drink milk every day. I drink a cup of water 15 minutes before each meal and eat much vegetables and fruit. Of course, I love junk food, too, and I eat it once a week. And I sleep nine hours every day。

The better we get into good eating habits, the happier our life becomes。
