In recent years, China's private enterprises have enjoyed great development for China's economic development, improve the living standards of the people made a great contribution, but with the global economy to speed up the integration process and China's accession to the World Trade Organization, in the new situation of private enterprises in their development have encountered some problems, such as difficulties in financing, credit shortage, lack of personnel and so on. From the Chinese point of view the current conditions, private enterprises with poor management of human resources are severely constrained the development of enterprises a major problem, this issue has seriously hindered the further development of private enterprises. In this article, my private enterprises of our country the importance of human resources management, human resources management problems and countermeasures are analyzed, discussed.
