摘要:近年来,我国私营企业得到了长足的发展,为我国经济的发展、人民生活水平的提高做出了极大的贡献,但随着全球经济一体化进程的加快和我国加入世界贸易组织,在新形势下私营企业在其发展中遇到了一些问题,如融资困难、信用不足、人才匮乏等。特别是08年全球金融海啸的影响下,私营企业的发展遇到了很大的障碍。而从中国目前的国情来看,私营企业的人力资源管理不完善是严重制约企业发展的一个重大问题,此问题严重阻碍了私营企业的进一步发展。因此,如何加强和完善人力资源管理是当前我国私营企业在发展过程中需急待解决的问题。对我国私营企业人力资源管理进行分析、探讨具有直接而现实的意义。在本文中,我对我国私营企业人力资源管理的重要性,人力资源管理存在的问题及对策进行了分析、论述。

Brief : China's private enterprise has rapidly progressed in recent years , it makes a great contributions for China's economic development and improvment of people's living standard . With the acceleration of global ecnomic integration and China's accession to WTO , there is some issues such as difficulties in financing , credit shortage , lack of talent ect. have appeared in enterprise's process of advance . Particularly , enterprise has met a unprecedented obstruction which caused by financial crisis in 2008 . According to the status quo of China , the imperfect human resource management is a primary problem which has awfully restricted enterprise's growing . Therefore , the problem that how to strengthen and perfect human resource management is in urgent need of solution . There would be a direct and actual significance for putting China's human resource management in analyses and discussion. The artical has investigated and explored the importance of human resource management for China's private enterprise , the issues that existed in human resource management and the way to deal with it .

Especially in the global financial tsunami in 2008, under the influence of private sector development has encountered significant obstacles. From the Chinese point of view the current conditions, private enterprises with poor management of human resources are severely constrained the development of enterprises a major problem, this issue has seriously hindered the further development of private enterprises. Therefore, how to strengthen and improve human resources management are the country's private sector in the development process to be most pressing problem. Of China's private sector human resources management analysis to explore the direct and realistic significance. In this article, my private enterprises of our country the importance of human resources management, human resources management problems and countermeasures are analyzed, discussed.
