Differential pulse polarographic study of metalion-tetracycline binding characteristics.
The complexation tendencies of tetracycline with metal ions which neutralize it santibacterial effect have been studied in acidic and neutral aq. solns. using differential pulse polarcy .The results indicate that Ca(2)and Mg(2) ions and Fe(3) interact with a ring A at PH4 as well as PH7.
