    本设计是根据国内外播种机的发展趋势，在通用性和适应性不断提高的基础上，本着结构简单操作灵活的原则，而设计的一种能在地膜上进行播种的农用机械。膜上播种新技术以其省种，省工，增产，以及经济效益高而受到人们的欢迎，正在迅速的在农业生产中推广运用，其对推进农业和农村经济结构调整，提升农业产业化水平有很大的帮助。该机器还可以根据用户的不同需求，配置合适的排种器，轻松地播种小麦、大麦、高粱、大豆、玉米等旱粮作物。膜上播种机对种子的尺寸要求不严，但对种子的发芽率，清洁度和外形要求高。有些作物的种子外形不规则，不易吸土，最好包衣丸粒后在播，效果才会比较理想。本例着重对播种机的播种轮、鸭嘴器及播种轮安装轴等结构进行设计。为满足两行作业的要求，同时考虑传动的可能性，拟采用两个排种器和两套传动和导种系统，这样不仅仅使结构得到简化，而且增加了传动的可靠性。
