I'm sorry to hear that you got a bad grade in the final exam.
But I think it doesn't matter if you fail in an exam.having a test is just a way to test you study well in this period or not.so if you study well ,that's not very important if you failed in an exam.but if you think that you don't study well,you should pay more effort into study.
