我觉得你上面的中文有问题，正确的中文应该是”这是一位俄罗斯画家画的一位女性的肖像画”，BTW,什么家尽可能选大词汇说，比如这里说艺术家可能更好一点

painter-----理解成”画匠”也可以，起码我知道什么家以后缀st结尾的比较多，换成艺术家，人家看到画自然知道会有自己的理解
