asp.net mvc一个项目为什么不能引用另一个项目的model

图片如上所述，using最后一行，Model引用不过来，是在当前AiDiSystem.Logistics.Customer项目下面引用，那个Model是放在AiDiSystem.Logistics项目下面，在解决方案里结构如下

，是不是一个项目不能引用另一个项目里的model,只能引用公用的文件夹里面的model
