这一题没有答案，根据意思应该是，几乎没有肉了，但是还有一些蛋糕，请吃个蛋糕吧。

little,a little 用来修饰不可数名词
little ,few 用在否定意义句中，表示 非常少，几乎没有
a little,a few 用在肯定句中，表示有一点 量要少于some
楼主第一题选择题没答案吧？是不是你打错了，如果没猜错的话答案不是A就是D，楼主可能把AD里的单词抄多（漏）了，答案是：little,a few.因为肉是不可数名词，little是修饰不可数名词，意思是几乎没有，a little则是有一些的意思，cake是可数名词，few则是用来修饰可数名词，也是几乎没有的意思，a few则是有一些地意思，而句子后面说please have one，可知意思“请吃一个”，故前面是可数地，就是有cakes(蛋糕）没meat（肉）所以答案加原句意思就是：盘子里几乎没有肉了但是还有一些蛋糕，请吃一块.答案是:little,a few。
所以你那没答案，你看看有没抄错了，没有的话那就是题目有问题，或是我看错了。
2.D traffic是不可数名词，本句意思是交通流量。合起来就是交通流量少，不堵塞。
3.C ：how to do it，怎么做的意思。其它的单词不是语法问题就是意思不对。
4.D ：all是3者或3者以上，街边只有两面不是吗？而且句中side是单数，可数，如多用both的话则要加s，而any是修饰不可数名词，一般放在疑问句中，either是其中之一的意思，结合本句则是街的其中一边，所以选D.
