Thinkpad E420 新电脑没装系统,安装XP时遇到Ubuntu,显示中毒,无法继续安装,怎么办

Thinkpad E420 新电脑没装系统,先安装Win7时遇到Ubuntu,输入用户名及密码, 不能安装Win7, 不知原因不成功;后参看联想网好像可以安装XP, 于是又试XP, 自动安装一些后显示中毒,无法继续安装,详细参见以下屏显. 哪位高手能帮助一下告诉怎么安装完成,本人不是很懂电脑,望能给予详细提示,不胜感激!
