答案为什么是A? 为什么不选B？

为什么不选A?为什么选B?
第一题中的“report"这个动作不是发生在”find"这个动作之前吗？为甚么不能选B?我觉得B是对的啊？求高手解惑？
还有第二题，我觉得of是多余的啊！是不是答案错了？

第二题 ，选all of。。。你回想一下，，我们经常 说all of you 等等，，不会说all you.这可以当成一个短语来记，你也可以理解为表从属关系～

追答其实与ALL没有太大关系，主要是后面的whose
whose 是引导的从句，从句的引导词只有两种情况，要不就单独用或介词带，要不就是用在短语中间。如果用all，应该把all丢到后面去。
第二题选B，表示所属关系，不能直接说成all whose homes。
