请教各位高手，年报中有equity method affiliate一词，怎么翻译好呢？
在年报中有这么一句话 ***was an equity mehod affiliate until september 2003 when it became a consolidated subsidiary.,实在不知道怎么翻译.....尤其是equity method affiliate这个词语。请各位帮忙啊！！
在2003年其成为统一的子公司时，该公司一直是一间与本公司地位平等的关联公司。
