I prefer any kind of music. In my opinion, music comes from your heart, is what you can relax, but most of all I like classical, its easy to relax yourself. Jazz and blues are great for party, rock and roll are just...you feel it from your heart.( give some more opinions)
There are some positive and negative influences of misc too. Such as relax, competions, cancers, and some more, (do some research!)
