    This articl at first studied the B2C e-commerce and the development of China's logistics and distribution status, proposed the diffieence that under B2C e-commerce mode between logistics distribution and other mode, also disscussed basisi of logistics distribution platform structure which under B2C e-commerce mode, including basic principle of platform constructing, needs analysis and its safety analysis. Finally to the whole system platform with practical construction, after analyzing the system platform based on the functional modules, from platform realization technology, implementing risk, control measures in areas such as systems analysis, ensure the system platform with the normal operation

    Firstly, the article was focus on B2C e-commerce and logistics development status of China conducted in depth study ,and submit the differences among B2C e-commerce logistics and distribution mode , and to explore the B2C e-commerce mode Platform which based on logistics and distribution, Construction of the basic principles including the platform, needing analysis and safety analysis.

    Last but not least , the whole system platform for the actual construction, the analysis of the functional modules belong of the system platform rooted in technology from the platform, the implementation of risk control measures in areas such as systems analysis, to ensure the normal operation of the system platform.
