楼主说这个情况估计你们家狗狗犬瘟并没有完全康复，现在并不是脖子上的脓肿导致的狗狗鼻镜干裂，还是犬瘟的症状，建议楼主回去给狗狗继续治疗，给医生说一下，如果以前没用过磷霉素的话，让他用一下，对狗狗脖子里的伤会起到很好的作用，伤口不是很深的话不需要手术的，每天甲硝唑清洗伤口，再上些进口消炎药就可以了。希望能帮的到你追问
