宾格代词(如us、you、them、him、her)都有两种读音,举例说明两种读音的区别？

1、人称代词主格（I , you , he , she , it , we ,they ) 作主语。
2、人称代词宾格(me ,you , him , her , it , us , them )作宾语，一般用在动词和介词后。
如：
1).My mother is a teacher . She works in a middle school . （she 作主语）
