我是山东的一名大一的专科生，现在在自考本科。我想了解一下在山东省大学英语三级考试和PETS全国英语等级考试的区别，它们具体的考试时间。如果考过了PETS全国英语等级考试是不是我这样可以在自考的时候就可以免考英语二了？

PETS-3每年的三月九月考试，六月十二月报名，考试费用120元（国家规定），书费大概50元一套。通过笔试即可免考自考英语二，即非英语专业本科段英语（14学分）。证书全国通用，你们省的那个英语三级属于私生子，骗学生钱的，没什么用！

二、考过了PETS3笔试，你就可以办理免考自考英语（二）。当然你也同时考过了PETS3口试，那么你就可以获得PETS3级合格证书。
